Job Description:

The Engineers' primary duty will be to conduct and document established Product Acceptance Tests for both In Plant and Field Site Operations. These procedures will be conducted conjunction with a Government engineer. The Engineer will be responsible for providing Tier 3 support at all of the customer's locations as well as general network maintenance and virtual infrastructure support. Additionally, the Engineer will analyze and diagnose malfunctions and problems related to the system, it's components and all supported software. The Engineer will develop and deliver training on the system upgrades, improvements and changes. The Engineer will be able to work independently and as a team member. The Engineer will be responsible for reporting issues, changes and development status in accordance with the Project Communications Management Plan.

Requirements & Duties:

The Engineer must possess the following skills:

  • Attention to Detail
  • courseware development
  • Professionalism
  • Acute analytical skills
  • Problem Solving and understand of all work on the project
  • Tier 3 knowledge of Routing, Switching and Virtual Environments
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • 5 years of Cisco and VMware configuration and design experience required.
